Science is a method of learning about the physical universe by applying the principles of the scientific method, which includes making empirical observations, proposing hypotheses to explain those observations, and testing those hypotheses in valid and reliable ways. 

Spirituality is a method of achieving higher level of consciousness. When a person achieves total consciousness; he/she is considered to be enlightened. Spirituality is discovering the world within. 

A person gets degree/certificate after he/she successfully finishes a course in science; in other words a person gets an identity. In spirituality, the person looses his/her identity and becomes one with infinite when he/she achieves total consciousness. 

Today's Science is based on three dimensions (length, breath, depth) and five senses (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching). Spirituality talks about seven dimensions, and five senses are linked only to the physical universe. A true spiritual person can experience physical, astral and causal universes. 

Science is evolving and finding new things everyday; there is no scientist in the world who can say I know everything. However an enlightened spiritual person often makes statement that "I am everything". There are thousands of great people who have achieved enlightenment. Those people who have a question in their mind "Who am I?", chooses the path of spirituality... 

Any Spiritual Phenomena involves more than three dimensions; for example telepathy or remote healing. Such phenomena can not be explained by three dimensional physical science. 

Swami Vivekananda has written in one of his book that in future the science will evolve up to a level where scientists will be able to explain and prove the spiritual phenomena.
